RUBBER LIZARD—

It’s 2008 in Modesto, California: A Billy Idol and a Brian Jonestown Massacre walk into a bar fight. Standing nearby, shouting, crying, and choking with astonishment (and glee?) are Black Sabbath, The Strokes, and the Ramones. They’re all a mess. Billy Idol inevitably loses and gets locked up in the bathroom by a very sweaty King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard; the rest of the bands get kicked out and go home. But all that DNA from the fight? It’s all still there on the ground, coagulating like Terminator goo and taking the shape of…what is this…? A person? Five people?! One picks up a guitar, the other sits at the throne behind the drum kit. It’s… is this…Rubber Lizard???

Rubber Lizard has been throwing quintessentially-Central-Valley-rock-and-roll parties for years, and you don’t want to miss this hometown band do it up Off-The-Air style. Welcome back from your Southside Modesto hibernation, boys!

ROSEMOTHER—

Rosemother is a dreamy indie rock project from Sacramento, California, founded by singer-songwriter Haley Rae. Since its beginnings as a bedroom recording project in 2016, Rosemother has grown into a full live act with a dedicated Northern California following. Recent notable performances include opening for Wallows at Channel 24 and appearing at Sacramento's Concerts in the Park series, performing for crowds of more than 6,000 people.

Haley began releasing music on SoundCloud, crafting songs layered with unusual synth textures, vocal harmonies, and reverbed-soaked guitars. She continued developing the project until joining with current producer, songwriter, and guitarist Jake Romine.

Together, Haley and Jake have written, recorded, and produced three albums, including their latest release, It's Beautiful In Here, which debuted on July 18, 2025 after more than four years in the making. The album features contributions from past live members on drums, bass, keyboards, and vocals.

In summer 2025, Rosemother embarked on its first self-booked West Coast tour, further expanding its audience beyond Sacramento and establishing a growing regional presence.

What began as a lo-fi bedroom project has evolved into a dreamy, immersive live rock act known for atmospheric soundscapes and introspective songwriting.

An (almost) all-day music festival for a dear friend, Baylie Jiminez <3 .

She would have loved this one.

An all-star reunion of Off The Air Veterans, including a final performance by Baylie’s band, Night School, will pay tribute to our beloved OTA veteran and musician, Baylie, the only way we know how— loud, proud, dancing, singing, laughing, and celebrating life in the best way possible.

Whether you knew her or not, please come and dig an entire day of good jams, friendships, old and new. In the spirit of our homegirl, the friendship tent will be wide and welcoming. Baylie 4Ever.
